Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at APLUS GULF. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details.
